RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

The item is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Custom or personalised items
Items marked as final sale

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or fault
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us before returning your order to arrange this.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned in line with this policy.
